Fall peak season starts in September: back-to-school, holiday stocking and harvest freight tighten capacity nationwide and full-truckload rates climb. Send rate requests 3–5 days ahead — waiting until freight is ready usually leaves only expensive trucks. Select and pay within the 24-hour price window to keep the quoted price; orders are kept indefinitely and can be re-priced in one click after the window.

LTL rating is now unified across the platform: rates are calculated on the standard 40×48-inch pallet; freight overhanging the pallet edge by up to 2 inches is free, and anything beyond is re-measured by its outermost length, width and height. Please declare true dimensions and weight — differences found when the carrier re-weighs or re-measures are for the customer's account.
