Your balance can pay for orders directly. Use the Top Up button next to your balance — self-service online (Alipay, WeChat Pay, card, bank account) or offline (wire, ACH, Zelle, Payoneer). Top-ups fill your deposit first; the rest goes to your balance. For offline payments, put your registered email in the note; once received it shows in the history below.

We never link your bank account directly. All payments and account linking are handled by Stripe, a U.S. publicly traded payment company — your bank details never pass through our company. Once a bank account is linked and the automatic debit authorization is signed, freight differences and accessorial charges are debited automatically under the authorization, which makes routine payments and charges more convenient. Every new account pays the deposit — linking a bank account does not waive it.

本人（本公司）授权 Truck100（TRADE PRO INC）通过第三方支付机构 Stripe，从本人（本公司）绑定的银行账户中扣收下列款项：（1）运费；（2）差异运费补缴或附加费；（3）本人（本公司）加购的保险费；（4）增收的服务费。各项费用的清单在客户中心「资金记录」中有明细，可随时查阅。结算差额超过报价 10% 的，须先经本人（本公司）确认后再扣。因本人（本公司）银行账户余额不足等账户原因导致扣款失败的，Truck100 可在银行规则允许的范围内再次发起扣款，因此产生的退票等费用由本人（本公司）承担。本授权自签字之日起生效，持续有效，直至本人（本公司）在客户中心解绑银行账户为止；尚有未结算订单时不能解绑。解绑后本授权终止，但不影响解绑前已经发生的扣款；解绑或更换绑定账户的，已产生的欠款仍须补缴。本授权条款版本：auth-terms-v2，与服务条款第十一节一并适用。
I (my company) authorize Truck100 (TRADE PRO INC), through Stripe, to debit the linked bank account for: (1) freight charges; (2) freight-difference top-ups and accessorial charges; (3) insurance premiums I (we) have opted into; and (4) additional service fees charged. An itemized list of all charges is shown in the Funds history in the Customer Center and can be checked at any time. If a settlement difference exceeds 10% of the quoted price, Truck100 will obtain my (our) confirmation before debiting. If a debit fails for account reasons on my (our) side, such as insufficient funds, Truck100 may re-initiate the debit within the limits allowed by banking rules, and any resulting return fees are borne by me (us). This authorization takes effect on the date signed and remains in effect until I (we) unlink the bank account in the Customer Center; unlinking is not available while unsettled orders remain. Unlinking ends this authorization but does not affect debits already made; unlinking or switching the linked account does not cancel amounts already owed, which remain payable. Authorization terms version: auth-terms-v2, applied together with section 11 of the Terms of Service.

All new accounts pay a standing account deposit. The deposit depends on your shipment type: US$500 for LTL, US$3,000 for full truckload — paid once, valid long-term. The deposit is not freight: once paid it stays untouched; freight, service charges and final-bill differences are charged to your account balance, and freight is topped up and paid from your balance. The deposit is refundable on request, with no account closure needed: at any time if you have never shipped; if you have shipped, 20 days after the last delivery, once all charges are settled. Option 1: self-service online top-up (recommended). Enter an amount and pick a payment method in the payment box: Alipay or WeChat Pay by QR scan, card, or U.S. bank account. The amount actually received (after Stripe's processing fee) is credited automatically — no waiting for support. Top-ups split automatically: your deposit is filled first, the rest goes to your balance, and the split shows under Funds. Cards usually credit instantly; bank payments credit once the funds settle, typically 2–5 business days, so please do not pay twice.

Option 2: offline top-up (no fee). Zelle, ACH, bank wire, Payoneer or XTransfer — credited at the amount actually received, split the same way (deposit first, the rest to your balance). Receiving details are not posted on this site; email [email protected] to request them. Put your registered email in the payment note, then email [email protected] with the amount. Alipay and WeChat Pay also work offline for smaller amounts — email us first for the receiving details.
Opción 2: recarga fuera de línea (sin comisión). Zelle, ACH, transferencia bancaria, Payoneer o XTransfer: se acredita el importe realmente recibido, con el mismo reparto (primero el depósito, el resto al saldo).
