Two ways to ship: Full Truckload means a whole 53-ft dry-van truck carries only your freight — you book the entire truck. LTL means you ship by the pallet and your freight shares the truck with other customers' freight. Choose truckload when you have close to a full truck; choose LTL for a few pallets. A 53-ft truckload loads 26 standard pallets by default; oversize, irregular or over-wide freight changes how many fit, and where space allows on site it may reach 27–28. The actual count depends on the on-site loading — we do not guarantee a pallet count.

Deposits and account linking: we do not bind your bank account directly; payments and account linking are processed by Stripe, a U.S. publicly traded payment company. Every customer pays the account deposit (see the next item); customers holding a U.S. bank account may also link it and sign an automatic debit authorization, so differences are debited automatically and routine payments are easier — linking does not waive the deposit.

All customers pay a standing account deposit. The deposit depends on your shipment type: US$500 for LTL, US$3,000 for full truckload. It is paid once and held untouched while the account remains open; freight, service charges and settlement differences are collected from the account balance. Until the deposit is received, the account can get rates but cannot place orders. It is refundable on request, with no account closure needed: at any time if you have never shipped; if you have shipped, 20 days after the last delivery, once all charges are settled. See section 11 of the Terms.
Todos los clientes pagan un depósito permanente de cuenta. El depósito se paga según el tipo de envío: 500 USD para LTL y 3.000 USD para carga completa. 新客户开户要办两件事，办好才能下单：① 交押金（按上一条交常备押金，一次交纳、不按票重复收取）；② 充值（再往账户余额里充值，运费从余额里付）。充值按网站上的收款信息付款，备注写上注册邮箱，到账后记入余额。
Opening an account takes two steps, and both must be done before you can place an order: (1) pay the deposit (the standing deposit above — paid once, never per shipment); (2) top up your account balance — freight is paid from the balance. Top up using the payment details on this site, with your registered email in the payment note; funds are credited once received.
